By what my Kindle tells me I read a grand total of 187 books between January & December 2016. Not all of them were amazing, hell some of them were downright dire – however, overall I’d give my 2016 list a 4 out of 5 stars because the majority were greatly enjoyed. Obviously there were some rereads of my all time favourites and even some literary classics that really nurtured my love of literature, but the majority are new reads and Contemporary Adult Fiction. The reality is that I love a good carefree book… you can judge me, but you’ll be better off giving it a try. I refuse to believe that in this day and age there are such things as prudes. Come on… get your juices flowing… yes, I went there… I’m sorry. 😳️
