One of my New Years resolutions is to read more… No, I’m not joking. I love to read. I love to lose myself into a good book and let my imagination take over. Here’s the thing though, I don’t have much time and I’m one of those people that once I get into a story I am lost to it until the very last word on the very last page and God forbid that the book is part of a series… that is just trouble! SO, a lot of the time I put off reading a lot of books because they are a part of a series and I can’t afford to get lost into books for days… even weeks on end!

However, I am done being a doughnut and I have actually organised myself enough so that I can do some more reading. A LOT more reading this year. I’m also going back to work officially, which means I will be commuting to and from London at least 3 days a week. I am so excited!!! EEEEEEEEK!

This year is also going to be a BIG year for one of my favourite authors. Cristin Harber is launching a new project with some up and coming indie authors that sees 11 brand new stories centered around Team Titan. The Titan World books are definitely going to be consuming me. All 11 books are out as of 24th January on Amazon or you can set your eyes on them from 16th January on iBooks.  I’m so happy I could twerk right about now!

Until then, I have 2 series that have been waiting for AGES on my Kindle. I’ve heard so many good things about both, that I’m going to kick off 2017 with them!

The first series I’m going to be delving into is S K Lee’s The Billionaire’s Touch. There are five books in this series and they follow Kendra and Jax. I will be doing a series review so I won’t go into too much detail now. The reading order for the series is as follows;

With the exception of the first book, they are all available on kindle unlimited. Each book is under 100 pages, which means that the whole series is really one novel length, if that makes sense. Basically, reading the entire series means you’ve read a regular length novel.

The second series I’m hoping to get stuck into is Helen Hardt’s Steel Brothers Saga. I’ve heard a lot about these books and I’ve been told that they are perfect for Fifty Shades Fans. Now, if you know me you’ll know I’m all for Fifty… I mean, Jasper was conceived after the books and Mylo after the first movie. What can I say? Anywho, moving on swiftly…

There are 6 books in this series, however only 4 have been released. Book 5 and 6 are available for pre-order, and will respectively be release on Feb 14th and May 16th.

Each book is just under 300 pages, which means that they are regular length – maybe just a little shorter. The first half of the series tells the story of Jade Roberts and Talon Steel, the last three books are focused on Melanie Carmichael and Jonah Steel. An upside to these books is that they have audio available. I personally don’t like audio books, I prefer to let my imagination do all the work!

Seeing as the first series from S K Lee is really one regular book in its entirety , I will be also reading 3 of the Titan World Novels…

I will be posting reviews up on all of books on this post, I shall let you know exactly what I think and if all the hype is worth it!

Till then… Happy reading!
